What is the Tech Portal?

The Tech Portal is an interactive technical resource library that offers professional users streamlined access to comprehensive product information and resources to support the specification, design, deployment, and use of Shure products across all markets and applications. The platform is easy to navigate and fully searchable to help you find the technical product information you need, all in one place.

Who’s it for?

The Tech Portal is designed for professional and technically-minded Shure customers and partners. Whether you’re a system integrator, audio engineer, technician, sound designer, consultant, distributor, dealer, service provider, or other professional user, this Portal is for you.

Why has Shure created this site?

Our channel partners and professional customers clearly expressed the need for a resource from Shure that would make it intuitive to quickly gather detailed specifications and supporting materials. In creating the Tech Portal, we worked closely with these partners to ensure the site was organized in a way to deliver accurate and complete information that prioritized organization and minimized distractions. We trust this new Portal will help our customers and partners in their essential day-to-day work.

What can I find here?

The Tech Portal provides comprehensive information and resources for all new, existing, and discontinued Shure product lines and categories, from microphones, wireless microphone systems, in-ear monitors, conferencing systems and DSPs, to earphones and headphones, and more.
For each product or system, available resources may include:

Does the Tech Portal provide international product information?

Yes. By default, the platform features information on all international product versions, including frequency bands, power supplies, local certifications and more. When selecting products, please be careful to choose the right version for the market where it will be used. At any time, we  recommend that you contact a Shure authorized distributor or representative for specific product availability in your country/region.

Is the Tech Portal available in other languages?

Yes. Site navigation and some product documentation are also translated into selected international languages to support the needs of non-English speaking and global users. Please note that some content may continue to be displayed in English if translations are not available.

Are there any limitations on how I can use the information in the Tech Portal?

While all the information herein is made freely available to registered users, it remains the property of Shure Incorporated and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights.

In accordance with customary ‘fair use’ practices, all available content may be included within your own documents that you provide to clients and end-users in the process of bidding for new business, or to support clients in their implementation and use of Shure products and services.

There is no limit to the number of downloads you can make from the site.

You can also create custom printouts  and combine selected information as needed. (Note: To use the “Include in Printout” function, you have to expand the respective section on the product page.)

How do I know I have the latest version of a document?

The Tech Portal is integrated with Shure’s content management and product information management systems -- as soon as a new version of a document is published it will be updated here automatically.
